Complicated user interface and not set up for government needs
I have worked with a few small businesses who end up making big mistakes towards the end of the year. We were on Quickbooks Desktop but as they discontinued the software, we were forced to make the move to the Online version. They also require the ability to consolidate the entities and the software is just not abe to support those capabilites.
I could no longer continue to use their software.
